All the equipment’s used at our lab while following a test procedure are dully calibrated by NABL certified calibration agency. Universal Test House is located in the heart of city nearby Danapur Railway station, Danapur – Khagaul Road, Near Kotak Mahindra Bank, Patna (801105), Bihar. UTH is already providing its test services to prestigious organizations. We are routinely performing various tests according to given IS Specification for Building or Road Materials, Metals & Alloys, Polymers, Water & Effluents Rubber, Geological Survey, Wood Product, Paint, Emulsion, Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) like Rebound Hammer, Core Cutting, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, Pile Integrity Test, Pile Load Test, Geotechnical/Soil Investigation work, etc. All the test procedures are carried under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced Technical managers/staffs. Coarse/Fine Aggregate: - Complete testing as per IS: 383/1970, IS: 2386, CPWD, MORTH Specification: - Specific gravity, Bulk Density, Soundness, Alkali reactivity, Particle Size, Deleterious material, Abrasion etc. 2. TOR /TMT/ Structural Steel :- Complete testing as per IS: 1786/1985, IS: 2062/1999 CPWD Specification: - Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation, Bend/ Re-bend, & Chemical Analysis C, Si, Mn, P, S etc. 3. Cement: - Complete testing as per IS: 8112 /1989, IS: 269, IS: 12269, IS: 455, IS: 1489(P-1 & 2) Specification: - Compressive, Strength, Fineness, Setting Time, Soundness, Cao, Mgo, Al2O3, SiO2, SO3 LOI, Cl etc. 4. Brick/ Brick Tiles: - Complete testing as per IS: 1077, 12894, 13757, CPWD Specification: - Compressive Strength, Water absorption, Dimension, Efflorescence. 5. Ceramic Tiles (glazed / unglazed): Testing as per IS: 15622, IS: 4457. Specification: - Modulus Of rupture, Water absorption, Crazing, Scratch Hardness, Thermal Shock, Chemical resistance etc. 6. Cement Concrete Tile (Chequered / Terrazzo / Mosaic):- Testing as per IS: 1237, IS: 13801 Specification: - Transverse Strength, Water absorption, Resistance to Wear, Dimension Thick of Wearing Layer etc.
